If you’ve done program evaluations of any size and you want to get more leverage out of them, this workshop is for you. Do you have lots of information about your programs, lots of things you’ve counted and a few ideas about how you’d like to generate more support to help sustain your momentum? This workshop will help you strategize about how to put credibility behind your grant reporting and your funding requests.
We’ll look at different types of outcomes and data, and address the core issues of how to think about your strategic intent and build and report on measurable outcomes that matter. We’ll also look at ways to make effective use of evaluation methodologies and technology tools to track the data you need to support your message. Be sure to bring your own examples – we’ll be using them throughout the workshop.
